Craig Boswell is the Broker and Owner of Jordan Boswell R.E.I. located on the Monterey Peninsula.
A licensed real estate Broker since 1995, Craig has an extensive background in both construction and real estate management. Since forming the real estate investment firm, Craig has been at the forefront of several activities which identify and present opportunities for his clients. In Northern California, he participated in both the entitlement procurement process for a major single family residentail sub division as well as brokering the sale of 'spec' housing units. Locally, he established a rehabilitation company, EcoPerformance Services, which procures and sustainably retrofits moderate priced housing inventory for market sale. He also has managed the acquisition and investment in real property utilizing a financial syndication structure developed for groups of investors.
Craig earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. As well as being a Director with the California Association of Realtors, Craig was the President of the Monterey County Association of Realtors in 2002. From 1996 thru 2003, he was the Managing Broker of Alain Pinel Realtors in Carmel, California.
Aris C. Angelopoulos has over 25 years of experience in both lending and risk management with expertise in mortgage banking and finanacial services specializing in residential, commercial and construction lending. In 2005 Aris founded Stevenson Capital, a real estate lending firm located in Carmel, California. Through his firm, he originated conforming, non-conforming, governement and SBA loans through affiliations with major banking and finanacial institutions.
In 2006 Aris beacame an organizer and founding stockholder of Pinnacle Bank, a community business bank serving Santa Clara, San Benito and Monterey Counties.
Aris earned a BS Degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of California.
