The Brokers at Jordan Boswell Real Estate Investment have made an effort to integrate and implement the process of real estate purchase, financing and rehabilitation in the most efficient and effective manner for the consumer. In order to accomplish this, Ecoperformance Services was formed in 2009.
Ecoperformance Services is a business entity solely focused on providing the residential homeowner the unbiased information, guidance and incentive to implement upgrades to home and property that will save energy, conserve water and enhance the quality of living within the confines of the building space.
Ideally, the client's needs are identified, tax credit and rebates are specified, a budget is structured, financing is arranged and the actual repairs and upgrades are begun by a licensed General Contractor.
Jordan Boswell Real Estate Investment has utilized this model internally by locating and acquiring distressed or foreclosed upon low to moderate residential properties and rehabilitating them for market sale with sustainability and efficiency in mind. The base yardstick used to determine the goal of the project consists of: cost effectiveness, resource efficiency, occupants' health and environmental impact.
In all cases, we endorse and attempt to have implemented the principles and program of the Step Up 2 Green initiative as defined at www.stepup2green.com. Our goal is to enhance the health and performance of the existing housing inventory, in particular for first time homebuyers and distressed properties.
